I found the staff to be very accommodating, they offered me a free reschedule after I missed me original appointment because I could not find the venue in time. Top customer service! The venue is a little hidden, but very tranquil, cosy and relaxing. I arrived 20 mins early and despite this only had to wait for 5 minutes to be seen. The lady who massaged me (Pim, always there Mondays and Wednesdays if one of you wants to book with her) was very discreet and polite. I don't think it was a deep tissue massage but in the end I was glad about it as my back is very tense and full of knots. Instead, I got the most relaxing, soothing and yet effective full body massage I ever had. Pim worked my knots very well with just the right amount of pressure and at one point even crawled and walked on me. I just weight 114lbs myself but Pim is so light that it was actually rather relaxing. My personal highlight were the hot stones.. divine! The massage beds were gently heating up as well so I felt very snug and comfortable. I can only recommend this experience!

Friendly staff, seen to promptly, easy to find (gym guys very helpful) though the waiting area is really humid. Good pressure in deep-tissue massage, knots really worked out. Easy to book a time slot even if last minute.

This is a wonderful little place tucked away in a quiet spot. We went for the 60-minute couples massage. Very relaxing, all our muscles were thoroughly kneaded by the masseuses. We'll be back for sure!

If you're looking for a relaxing environment, this is not the best. The staff were friendly and helpful, continually asking if everything was alright and going well. However, during my massage, the therapist opened the door and left in the middle of it for a minute, let someone else come talk to her at the door and her phone was often vibrating on the table next to me. The venue is pretty difficult to find and in the middle of nowhere. When I get a massage, I go for the entire package and this is not a place I would recommend if that's what you're looking for. Price was good for the actual massage, minus the interruptions, but that's it. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Not sure why everyone is raving...
