I have visited this place for massage many times, and have always had an amazing experience. This time was the first time it wasn't top notch - my lady did not give me the full hour, did not do the stretching, and just did not seem to be as focused as I have had previously. Saying that though, its still very good value for money.
The massage is really professional with right level of pressure. This is more mild than the Thai massage in Thailand, which is not a bad thing and on the contrary I enjoyed this one more. I had the massage focusing on my back and shoulder, and it did the magic and relieved my pain completely. It lasted the full hour too - unlike many other spas who makes you fill in the questionnaire for like 15 mins so the actual massage is only 45.
The therapist was really friendly and was very good at checking that her pressure etc was ok. A very enjoyable massage and i really felt the difference the next day.
My first deep tissue massage and Pat made me realise how low my pain threshold is. I felt much better afterwards - I have a bad back with lots of knots (computers, bad mattresses). I'm glad I went, will definitely be going back. The place is not difficult to find, just weird how you have to walk through a gym to get to it.
