Overall a great experience. An excellent massage and the staff were very friendly. My only criticism would be that the massage wasn't for a full 60 minutes. It was more like 45 to 50 minutes. However due to the quality of the massage I still felt it was good value and am very pleased overall. I will return.

Come here nearly every week when I am in the UK and the massage quality ranges from very good to excellent.. haven't had a bad one yet.. I like a very hard deep tissue massage and this is one of the few places I have found where you can get those deep knots sorted..

She did a combination of massage techniques, starting with Thai like stretches, then oil/swedish, then rocks, to finish up with another set of stretches! it was really varied, unexpected but lovely! The venue is quite tricky to find though, no one is in the gym, or in the building before you go up the stairs.
