The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. I arrived 2 hours prior to my scheduled appointment due to a misunderstanding on my part, but they took me immediately anyway! As it was valentine's day, they have me a rose plus complementary fruit and champagne. Fantastic service! My massage was also great. A mixture of Thai, hot stone and other things, and the massage therapist was constantly making sure I was comfortable with the pressure used. My boyfriend bought me the massage for a present and it was well worth it. The only criticism would be the location - a bit difficult to find and very disjointed, as I had to go back outside and around the building to get to the room for my massage. Either way, it was a lovely experience and I will definitely be coming again. Great value for the money.

I was quite impressed with this deep tissue massage. The staff was nice and polite, and the pressure was just spot on.
I asked the staff to concentrate on neck and shoulder as these area was really stiff. She gave me various way to massage including standing on my upper back which was really great. New experience with hot stones are very interesting and quite great feeling for my stiffness. Using hot towels to finishing and legs and arm were also well massaged.
Within 1hour, I received lots of different treatment, felt great and refreshed afterwards , definitely worth for money. I promised to come back again very soon.
