I cannot rate this place highly enough. All the basics were spot-on (cleanliness/ambience/welcome/comfort of room) but what really stood out for me was the quality of the massage (I had 90mins deep tissue). They are happy to tailor as you need it, (including changing the intensity if you wish). They are very friendly throughout and oh so effective! Above all it was a really strong massage, which was exactly what I wanted and have really struggled to find til now. I will definitely be making this a regular appointment.. worth every penny!

I was slightly anxious when I arrived for my wax as it was a different therapist to the one I usually see. However, she made me feel very comfortable and was extremely professional. The wax itself was fantastic and pain free (as usual).
I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone.

The massage is okay, environment is nice and clean. The therapist is good at massaging the lower part of my body and really relieved my stressed muscles, but she is not too good for neck and shoulder massage.

This was my second visit to Thai London Therapy Marylebone. The place is very clean with great ambience. Staff are all polite. I went for a Tailor Made to concentrate on shoulders, neck, back and arms. Overall I think it did the job but next time might ask for oil based only with soft to medium pressure. Part of my back is a little painful after the massage even though it was meant to be a medium but to their credit maybe I should have said at the time.

The downstairs treatment area will be perfect when it's finished and much easier to find than the rooms through the gym. The staff are always so friendly and happy and make you feel extremely welcome. I love hard pressure massage, so this is perfect for me.
