We opted for the couples valentines tailor made massage.
Location a bit out of way, however easy enough to find using the directions that were sent on the morning of appointment. We got there 10mins early were seated, and offered a glass of water. Seemed busy, as our room was still not ready as couple before us were still in there when we were due to be. So 15mins after our appointment time was suppose to be begin we were shown in. ( however we received a full 1.30hr treatment) Fairly small intimate and clean room. As we lay getting our massage down, we were briefly asked where on the body needed most attention. Not exactly "tailor made". Even though my husband and I both wanted different areas to be worked on, we both had virtually the same massage. Even so the technique was good, felt a lot of pressure and knots relieved. A bit too firm at times ( A few days on and I still feel sore in some places)
What we both did not like was on a few occasions the therapist sniggering and laughing and exchanging words in their language. This was not very professional and made us feel uneasy. As it is a small place, you can hear a lot of the commotion from waiting room.
Overall the experience was ok, massage was good, however nothing stood out and let down on a few areas mentioned above.

Bought the deep tissue massage for my girlfriend as a treat for us both and the lady massaging my girlfriend was covering reception so left her lying there between lots of questions is this to hard where shall i focus continually asking over and over again

This was my first time having a facial, there wasn't any extraction which I was a bit disappointed about but have since been back and had extraction the second time. Overall a good facial.

Tiny room and mediocre ambience, but the therapist was great. Felt very refreshed after the treatment. Would definitely recommend this.
