Great service overall - just two minor things. Firstly no towels in the room so after undressing I had to open the door into the lounge to request towels. Secondly whilst I have booked a 90min session, the lovely lady who did my massage wasn’t notified so she did everything quicker and completed the massage at 60 mins. I had to let her know that I booked and paid for 90 mins, she had to go check with the reception and then came back and we discussed what we could adress in the next 30 mins
