I had a sports massage done, and it was a pleasant experience. It could have been a little more firmer. The staff massaged the whole of my body even though I asked her to focus more on the top upper back of the shoulders. The ambience was very nice, quiet and tranquil though sometimes you will hear customers coming up and talking to staff as well as the gym being downstairs, you will hear some noise from there sometimes. Overall very nice, just wished she focused on my shoulders more as I had very bad knots.

Very small room with nowhere to put personal belongings and a little cold. Directions 'by Salt Cafe' NOT Salt Cafe anymore! Would only go again with vouchers and think £39 for this massage a little too expensive.
