Definitely NOT an ITEC sports massage. The therapist was polite, but didn't understand when I kept reminding her that I had paid for a sports massage. She then offered me hot stones. If I wanted a therapeutic massage, I would have booked one. Now, I have to spend more money to receive a REAL ITEC sports massage. Dismal experience.
Treatwell need to verify the credentials of businesses claiming to be qualified. I am NOT happy. :-(

I have never had a thai massage so was looking forward to it as it was a birthday treat. From reading some of the reviews, in a way it prepared me, eg location, being on top of the gym. I did hear the occasional noise but it was not consistent to put me of the massage. The staff were very attentive and tailored the massage to my needs. I will go back again as my back felt great the following day.

Once you have walked through the gym and reached the spa it is lovely. The ladies were very pleasant, the oils full of aroma and the massage thorough.

This is a lovely place. The first massage I had here was much better, I must say. This time it felt a bit rushed and the girls were talking a bit during our couples massage and my therapist's phone kept buzzing and she would go to stop the buzzing every time. They also omitted the hot stones, which was a shame. The price has also risen, I believe, which makes me hesitant about booking again or recommending to others. The first time was perfection. I'm hopeful that if I decide to book again, it will be more like that.
