Dear Thai London Therapy,
As loyal customers me and my wife attended a massage on 29th March for a special occasion. Unfortunately, our massage on this occasion was NOT satisfactory and by far the poorest we have received in comparison to the few times we have been before.
We have made numerous attempts to contact you via the email address provided to no avail and would appreciate a response.
I have a lot of massages and many are nothing more than being coated in oil. Not at Thai London Therapy! I went for deep tissue And it was probably one of the most intense massages I have had ! Not always relaxing, but i could tell the therapist was determined to get rid of the knots in my shoulders even if she had to beat them out of me! The technique wAs a hybrid of thai stretching, hot stones and swedish oil massage. I am not keen on stones so next time would ask not to have them, but the rest was spot on. I went on a Sunday so no noise at all as other reviewers had commented. It looks like they are moving their premises so it is no longer above the gym which may help reduce noise. the rooms are small but clean and the whole place has a nice, calm atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend, especially if you like firm massages. i came out and i swear my neck was three inches longer!
This is my third visit to Thai Spa London and the massage is always good however I have been interupted a few times during my massage and the gym downstairs can be a bit noisy during the evenings.
Angela did a very good and neat job on my nails. She was very attentive and checked if I was happy with the results (shape of nails, evenness of the colour), made several corrections to make sure my nails look neat and beautiful.
