Staff could have been more friendly. The location of the Spa is a bit weird. There's a small area out front which is the reception/shop and I was then walked around the side of the building through a gym and up some stairs to more treatment rooms. The towel provided was not really big enough to cover me. The bed was not very comfortable. But the decoration of the room was standard for a spa. And the treatment did the job. Thanks.

The massage therapist was lovely and did a great job, however it was extremely difficult to find (no signs) and there were people in the waiting room chatting really loudly which didn't help me relax. Overall, a good experience though.

The venue is clean, the decorations are traditional Thai, and very relaxing. The Brazillian wax was the fastest, most thorough and most pain free I have ever had. Yanapat was welcoming, friendly and helped reassure any awkwardness. I will be back for waxes here from now on, and have a couples massage booked that I am convinced will be amazing!

Bit of a disappointing venue having to go from reception outside and then through a gym and up the stairs! But treatment was top quality massage and very professional, would recommend.
