The worst wax I have ever had! The girl didn't know what she was doing at all. I was left in lots of pain with bits of wax stuck everywhere and a half completed job. It also took 45 minutes when it should have taken 10. I was not even offered a refund or for someone else to come and sort it out. I'm sure the other therapists at this salon are good as it has good reviews, but this girl should never has been allowed to wax as she seemed to have no training whatsoever.

Great massage, friendly people and were flexible to our needs. Great value and left feeling refreshed. Only downside was it's on top of a gym which I could hear quite loudly so the ambience wasn't great. The ambience in the room itself was good. Staff were excellent and you could tell well trained in massage.

My fiancee and I went to Thai London Therapy for a couples massage. The whole experience was excellent. A lot of reviews I read expressed concerns about having to go through gates, through gyms, down alleyways etc, but the centre now has a shiny new office front, which is professional and welcoming. We were greeted warmly and there was no waiting around - we went straight into the massage room.
The massage was very good and very thorough. We were asked if there was any particular massage technique or any area of the body that we wanted to focus on, which was great as we both have niggles. Whilst I'm no expert in massages it was amazing, and I felt thoroughly refreshed afterwards.
I don't quite follow the purpose of the "couples" massage, as aside from the sound of cracking spines, my fiancee and I may have well have been in different rooms. However it's cheaper than two separate massages so ideal for anyone who is comfortable getting down to their smalls with a friend.
Overall excellent, I would thoroughly recommend and will go straight back the next time I fancy a massage. Many thanks.
