My husband and I both enjoyed the actual massages. The staff giving the massages were very capable, and listened to what we each requested. The treatment room and waiting areas did the staff a disservice. The room was very stuffy and the waiting areas were very awkward when there were too many people waiting. Also, getting massaged on a thin piece of paper with a very small towel to cover up with was disconcerting. I would also suggest that the women giving the massages introduce themselves at some point. Neither of us knew the names of the masseurs, since they didn't introduce themselves. The price was good for the actual massage, which is why we rated the massage 4 stars, but the overall experience was only 3 stars.

My therapist was very polite and friendly, and regularly checked in with me to ensure that the pressure/strength was alright. Overall a good treatment and will definitely be a regular at Thai London Therapy.
