I had the Bespoke massage and after asking how firm I wanted the massage the therapist proceeded with the treatment. She focused on all my problem areas and massaged out all the knots in my shoulders. The massage was spot on and I'll definitely be heading back again.

It was my first ever wax... so I was pretty nervous and shy. But she was friendly but not overly so, and professional. I really appreciated that... and over time the comfort was built...or rather I became less uneasy..
The pain was apparent as to be expected, but it was definitely manageable, especially with her assistance. Thank you.
