Quite a disappointment . The masseuse was nice but did not have a clue about massage which was inconsistent all the way, it was neither deep, nor pressure point, nor Thai nor aromatherapy which is what I had asked for. The oil was cheap baby oil ! In the end I asked her just to give me a foot massage which she regrettably could not do well either ! The central music system was too loud and although she turned it down someone else turned it up after a few minutes. The studios are okayish but not very clean and there are no decent wash rooms. So although the massage started 5 minutes late and finished 10 minutes early, with a few breaks in between whiIe oil and towels were fetched, I was pleased to leave early .

Overall the experience was great, I enjoyed my time and it definitely made me feel great, I didn't want it to end. Also everyone I spoke with was friendly, and have me personalised attention, which really made the experience that much better.
There were only a few minor criticisms I could explain that may help the experience in the future. The first thing I will discuss is the environment, in regards to the consistency of the atmosphere and ambience. Upon getting to the location, it looked and felt great, I felt relaxed and felt very welcome. When I was led to my treatment room, I was led back outside of the venue, onto the street, through an alley and through a gym before going upstairs to another section of the venue where treatments are provided. This to me broke up the experience a little, and it would have been that much nicer if we were able to keep a consistent atmosphere throughout. When getting to the treatment area, it felt great again and I felt relaxed and comfortable once again.
Another thing I would like to raise is that, although I felt comfortable at all times, my girlfriend at some occasions felt a little uncomfortable in regards to feeling a little exposed. There was an incident at the beginning in which the staff members could have been more careful with entering the room as my girlfriend didn't feel completely covered up before laying down. Also during the massage session, there was a time in which they lowered our towels to expose a small amount of our bums. In my case I felt comfortable, my therapist covered me up appropriately and tucked my underwear away, however my girlfriend felt exposed and was not covered up properly leaving her whole bum on show. With a male therapist in the room she was not completely comfortable with this. It was more the case of there being a male therapist in the room while this happened that made her feel uncomfortable, but, more care should be given to her privacy as this did effect our experience. Her therapist also did not hold her towel to cover up my girlfriend as we turned around, again another incident in which more care could have been given. I would like to add that she was provided a female therapist and myself a male therapist, but being in the same room caused this incident, if her therapist put more thought into all these details, then my girlfriend could have felt perfectly comfortable even with a male therapist in the room, and have a better experience.
In the end we both enjoyed the experience, I got exactly the treatment I wanted, but my girlfriend felt there could have been more focus from her therapist as she felt some sections of her body were left out or not done as long as they should, for example her left leg was massaged very well but her right not as much.
I would recommend people to try this place, we really enjoyed it, and like I said, these are things which could raise the experience to 5 stars. Thank you for a lovely treatment session, I thoroughly enjoyed the mixture of treatments and the personalised treatment that we were given.
