The staff and masseurs were very polite and professional, we had a couples thai mixture massage which was very good and we both really enjoyed it. The only issue was that our session was almost 15 minutes late, and finished on time, therefore we only had 45 mins of treatment rather than 1 hour of treatment, which is what we had paid for. In addition, the staff acknowledged it was late and apologised for this, but did not offer anything for this lost time and did not give us the full hour we paid for which I was slightly disappointed with.
Easy to find. Staff were amazing. As it was my first time she calmed me down and told me to use my phone as a distraction. Any questions I had she answered and put me at ease making me laugh several times. I had a Brazilian wax which was effective and she even plucked remaining hairs. She also gave me aftercare advice which was nice :) I will be returning and very reasonable price considering location. Highly reccommend.
Just what you want - a perfectly clean (yet not clinical) environment with a calming atmosphere. Thai music plays softly in the background and the furnishings are tasteful. It's definitely not over the top swanky, but personally I'm not into that- because you know that your payment will be covering unnecessary trimmings! The waxing itself was one of the most painless I've ever had and the staff were very pleasant. Overall, highly recommended.
Great facial Therapist was lovely Also includes relaxing shoulder and arm massage Therapist also gave useful advice about skin care
Whilst the decor and room was lovely, and the therapist very friendly, I found she was engaging me in conversation too much, and too much of the massage was a straightforward thai massage (some of it painful when elbows were used, or pressure on the spine which was probably dangerous, a common thing I have found with thai massages) rather than an actual hot stone massage. The hot stones only came on about 10 minutes before the massage was due to end, and they weren't used a great deal to really get into the muscles. It has reminded me that thai massage is not for me, and I thought I was getting a mostly hot stone massage. Very nice staff though.
