When I arrived for my massage, there were some organisational issues. I was made to wait about 15mins until they could decide which room my massage was to be done in and by which therapist which they really should have sorted before any client gets there. However, the wait was worth it and the massage itself was great. The masseuse knew her technique and was brilliant. I got a combination of traditional Thai massage with stretches and a hot stone and oil massage, all within 1 hour as part of the sports massage. Definitely recommend it.

The facial was so relaxing, the lovely lady Michela is good, she cleaned, steamed, moisturised my face, then massaged my arms, neck, fingers, l just feel asleep. my face feels so soft, all the dead dry skin has been removed. l can tell you its one of the best facials l have had in a very long time. l had the hydrating facial. Excellent

I had a 90 minutes sports massage yesterday and found the staff to be polite and courteous. The price was very reasonable and the treatment was fantastic - perfect balance of relief (from firm strokes) and relaxation (from the oils and music). The only negative point is that you have to walk through a gym to get from the cashier to the massage rooms.

I bought this as a gift for a friend - her feedback were as follows:
Staff - The therapist was lovely.
Amblience - Being located on top of a tiny gym impacted the ambience a little but other than that it was fine.
Cleanliness - No disposable throw away slippers available meant tip toeing to the shower outside from the therapy room in the waiting area, so a little unhygienic and then coming back to the therapy room for the rest of the treatment - nut other than that it was fine
Value - The amount my friend spent would indicate that the price should reflect what you would expect in a nice hotel but the venue didn't quite live up to this - so perhaps a little over-priced - not to take anything away from the actual treatment and the therapist who did a great job
Body Exfoliation Treatment - First time I have had this done and it was a pleasurable experience - my skin felt like a baby's bottom!
Overall - Lovely treatment
