Appointment started late, there was no one there when I went up for my appointment. While I was at the reception, someone from the spa (in a different room) called me to postpone the appointment. Having said that the staff were very friendly and pleasant

great result as always. I now aways go here for my Brazillian wax, as its not awkward, dont quick, and the results are so thorough. Yanapat always makes you feel at home and does the best wax Ive ever had. The massage at this place is second to none in value and quality.
