I had an half-leg waxing appointment. Again it was good, my legs are hairless and fe super soft. It was quite a quick wax, I think it took less than the 15 min it was supposed to take. Very happy

The massage itself was good as it was unusual- there were some hot stones and also stretches included in the massage treatment that was not mentioned so this was a bonus.
However, normally when my massage treatment ends I have the feeling that I wish it was for longer and I didn't get that for this place. The reasons are:
1) I got a text a 6pm asking if it would be okay to move by appointment to 7:30pm as they were running late. This was fine. Then when I got there I had to wait an extra 10 minutes.
2) the reception was poor. I turned up, no one said hi- so I just sat down on a seat.
3) I felt the lady giving the massage was very tired and not interested in the massage- she left the room a fwe times and some times did not say why she was leaving
4) another girl who was working there just walked in whilst i was having my treatment to ask her colleague a question.
5) the music was not relaxing.
