The massage itself was really good. I've been here before and have never been disappointed by how good it is. They use the full hour and incorporate hot stone massage and stretching-type treatment. They work every bit of your body (although not stomach) and it is amazing. The one drawback is that they seem to a be a bit short staffed in terms of someone manning the desk (it's a tiny place) so you'll walk in and no one is around. Also, the walls aren't particularly soundproof so you can hear everything outside if there are other people waiting/talking.

I returned to this place for a massage after a previous good experience.
I am recovering from an injury on my pelvis which is giving me lots of pain and sciatic symptoms down my right leg. I only needed a bit of muscular tightness release and relaxation as my nervous system is overactive at the moment. Nothing more, l certainly did not expect to get cured as my issues are not sortable with massages. l explained it to the lady but she started to put loads of pressure with her knees on my back and legs creating a big spasm on my leg. I told her again about my issue and asked her to have the Swedish massage l paid for and not a Thai one. She got upset and reacted very unprofessionally telling me these words " If you know what's going on with your body, why don't you treat yourself?!" This is one of the most unprofessional sentences to say to a person who is suffering and seeking for some relieve. I am an health professional and l work with patients in pain everyday, l would never dare saying something like that. She then started giving a very "stressful" massage which eventually increased my pain and left me in a terrible state of mind. Everyone's body is different and has to be respected so a treatment can never be the same for anyone!

The venue/waiting area is quite hard to find if I was not guided by a staff. I was late but the staff quickly sorted out the schedule - good customer service! Also, the place is clean and the swedish massage is just perfect. I felt very relaxing after the session and would definitely be back again!
