The lady doing the waxing was slightly late but I did not mind one bit since the treatment more than made up for it. The waxing was quick and as painless as it could be. A lovely find. I will definitely be heading back every month! I will probably try one of the massages soon as well!

Although the massage itself was lovely - not the best I've ever had, but good nonetheless - it was somewhat dampened by the fact that they were slightly late starting my session and the environment the massage in wasn't too great. I was taken to a very small room at the back of the building in which there was barely room to 'de-robe'. The therapist actually left the room twice during my treatment without a word, leaving the door open - as I'm sure you can imagine, not the most comfortable when you're naked and under a towel with your back to the door! On the other hand, the massage dealt with a few of my kinks. I probably won't come back, though.

The staff and look of the place were great . They have acquired the salt cafe down stairs which means you can avoid the annoying noises from the gym downstairs if you are unlucky to have your treatment upstairs above the gym ( which I was on this occasion ).Therefore always ask for the ground floor treatment rooms away from the gym .
The exfoliation was excellent and the products used were of good quality .
The massage was ok , it was very relaxing and the masseuse was very considerate , however it lacked the level of depth which was I needed in order to breakdown tension in neck and shoulders that one would expect from deep tissue massage . Think it depends on the masseuse .
This is the third time I have been here and will be booking again , it's a nice place for a treat . Just a few teething problems ( noise from the gym ) but on the whole a good experience and would recommend .

the massage was a bit too soft. i asked for more power but instead of using more power in her fingers she started using her elbows. therapist was a bit too talkative.
