I booked for a 2 hour 'signature' combination of everything, including Thai oil massage, foot massage, facial and stretches. They emailed me to say that they were no longer able to offer an exfoliating body scrub, but that was actually a slight relief! The therapist worked with great skill and attention to all the areas that were holding pain. I asked her to use deep pressure, and it was perfectly judged. I left feeling free from chronic pains in shoulders, lower back and legs. A top experience.

Really irons out the kinks in my back. Like the Thai-style deep tissue massage, use of knees and elbows to apply pressure w/o digging too deep & the addition of stretching and twisting techniques is great. Super-friendly staff.

Fantastic massage, therapist really varied the treatment using body weight, hot stones and oil all in 30 mins!
She really got out some tight knots I had, only wish I hd book for a longer session!
