Would have given a better review but unfortunately they were late with my massage and as I was on my way to a train and I could really only spare ten minutes I had booked. They did still give me a very good massage, but just sitting in the waiting area! Will still be going back though as the massages are very good and a convenient location for marylebone.

Staff were professional, polite and the girl who did my massage was very good and used the strong pressure I asked for. The room was very clean and it was a relaxing experience (the room I was in was right off reception and I could hear staff and customers talking at times, but, having visited before and read other reviews, I knew the rooms weren't completely soundproof so I didn't particularly mind. I'll still be going again!).

I booked the appointment (30 min session) only 2 hours in advance, am surprised everything went smoothly. It was my first time experiencing a deep tissue massage (previously I have tried other kinds of massage - Japanese and Chinese style). Everything was simplistic, no small talk, which really helped you to relax. However, I would have loved a tiny bit more explanation on what they were going to do each stage, but the many good review gave me confidence to just trust them. I didn't find it painful during the process, but you know it was a good massage because the inner pain was released. Would definitely go back soon!
