I started off unsure of whether it would be the kind of massage I was looking for, as the therapist only asked about area and pressure preferences, not any injuries. But then 15 minutes in I was reassured. Really good masseuse, he helped loosen so many knots in my back and shoulders and helped stretch everything out (my back cracked, in a good way). Walked out feeling loads better than I did when I walked in!
