i was early by 20 mins .. was told to wait which is fair enough and when it came to my appointment time the receptionist said i had to wait for at least another 20 mins. I waited and 20 mins later they said they couldnt fulfil the booking unless i have the chair massage outside. I was speechless! The chair massage was really good nonetheless ...

When we first got in, there was no-one in the reception area and no-one turned up for about 15 minutes. We were a little unsure of what to expect after this, but once someone finally did appear, they were really polite and friendly and the massage itself was brilliant! Would definitely recommend :)

Massage was good, a friend recommended this place to me. I went for a Thai/Hot stones massage and enjoyed. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Would go again.

Treatment was great. Facial including steaming and was very relaxing. Spa was very small and wasn't offered water or tea on arrival. Staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Great as always- I've seen 4 different therapists here now, and they were all excellent - friendly, fast, skilled, so there isn't that worry about who the appointment will be with when booking, as is sometimes the case at other spas.
