I have been at the Thai London Therapy several times and, though the massages are great, I will not come back. The new venue is tiny and noisy. The massage room is clean but it is so small you barely have room to place your clothes. Last Friday I had a 05:45 pm appointment and 2 hours before I got an email (not even a call!!) informing me it had been rescheduled to 05:30 pm without even asking me if it was OK or offering an explanation!! I was at work and this change of time was problematic. I called their phone number and got an answering machine. When I arrived at 05:30 pm no one even knew why my appointment had been rescheduled! The massage was very good but it would have been great had the masseuse not interrupted it to leave the room three times to speak briefly to the people outside. Three times in one hour! The place is extremely noisy and I could hear the conversations from the staff outside. Not very relaxing even if I could not understand anything. So, even if their massages are fantastic, I will not go back. I'll rather pay more but be in a nicer and more relaxing environment.

I was so happy with our experience at Thai London - we booked a couples massage and it was such a nice way to spend an hour! The staff are very friendly, professional and did a great job. We were shown to a cosy room with comfortable, heated massage tables and the time went so quickly - all of the knots in my back were worked out and I left feeling fantastic. We will definitely be back!
