Massage was good but very traditional (the staff get on the table to stretch you etc). Felt great afterwards! Used hot stones which was nice.

This was one of the best massage I had ever. I had 30 minutes massage for shoulders and back, and the lady seemed to know where and what exactly to do to sort my problems out. It was quite painful, but afterwards my pain was gone and I was feeling as light as a bird! I will definitely go back.

I've been here plenty of times as it's a nice venue and the massages are generally good, however on this occasion I booked a 1+1/2 hour hot stone massage, but the hot stones were used for no more than 3 minutes! So it can't really be called a hot stone massage. The massage was okay, but I asked for firm yet it was painful at times, which was unexpected as previous therapists have got the 'firm' massage just right.

I have been to this venue a few times and they were always good with the lovely therapist who knows how to work on my body like magic but my recent experience with this new therapist was very unpleasant. I just wanted it to end and ending was poorer. She just played with my hair for 5 minutes like killing time. I wish I could choose a right therapist via Treatwell website!
