Very disappointed with the massage. It was my 2nd visit at this venue for a Thai massage. I enjoyed it on both occasions and felt very relaxed afterwards. However this time I got the impression that it was not a proper Thai massage and also that the massage therapist was relatively inexperienced. She did not apply enough pressure and for some reason kept applying more and more oil which felt rather unpleasant. I had to ask for a towel afterwards to wipe off the oil. On this occasion the massage was not relaxing at all and wished I had not bothered.

Had a slight hiccup with my appointment -the salon messaged me two hours before the appointment saying they were running 15mins late, usually this would be ok but I had a prior engagement so it was a bit of stress trying to sort out this issue. In the end I had to reduce my 1.5hr massage to 1hr and awaiting a refund for the difference. This was not a good start! However the massage and staff were excellent. I have to say one of the best massages I have had in London. I asked for a firm massage and at times it was painful! but I felt so good afterwards and the next day. I will be going back -good value for money.

I arrived at the salon early and was made to feel comfortable whilst I waited. The salon has the usual thai decor which looked really nice, however being fussy the towels were all different colours and they had some furniture which looked very dated. I booked in for the traditional thai massage which I have had once before at another spa. This thai massage was slightly different to what I was expecting as before I was given loose clothing to where whilst the thai masseuse stretched and pressed the pressure points, here it was a mixture of traditional thai, hot stone, and Swedish- one of the best massages I've ever had! Unfortunately the therapist I had didn't speak much english as I wanted to know more but she didn't explain things very well. Overall the staff were friendly, the massage was amazing and I was very happy with the overall visit.
