I received a call 45 minutes before the appointment time (midday) to say that I would have to come in the evening as the therapist was busy. As I had already gone into town, I insisted that they do it and they did manage to find someone.
The place was nice and clean and the therapist was nice but the part where they pull up an end of the wax in preparation for pulling off the strip was much more painful than I have experienced before. Final result was not great and there were some hairs left. I would not rush back!

Location was easy to fine with only short walk from the tube. The wax was painless and the staff were very friendly.

I treated my boyfriend for his birthday, I got a message asking me to come 15 minutes after as they were running late. By the time our appointment was booked they made us wait 15 minutes more which made us late later on for our lunch. So I would say massage was ok, a little bit too hard for me and u could hear the phone ringing outside and people talking. No to relaxing. Staff was lovely and massage was ok. I'm not coming back that's for sure as I was expecting something else for what I paid.
