I was booked in for a hollywood wax at 12.45pm, however 20 minutes before the treatment the facility called and requested to move the treatment back to 1pm which I agreed but when I arrived I still had to wait another 15 minutes to be seen. However the treatment itself was very good and and and I was very pleased with the end result.
