Fantastic massage as always. I've tried a few other places around London and whilst they may offer competitive prices they don't give the same standard of service. If you're dissuaded from Google Street view you're missing a gem of a spa. Top notch.

So first off, I came here about 1 1/2 years ago and the venue is now much easier to find as they have moved to the front store. Staff is lovely and polite, I had to wait for 20 minutes past my actual appointment to be seen despite being early, however, that was not the case for my first visit back then, so it might have been a one-off. The rooms are quite nice, warm and with a nice smell. The massage beds are also comfy, however, the single massage room is right next to the reception, so you will hear the voices from the outside quite clearly which makes it hard to relax completely.
My massage therapist was a small, polite, harmless looking girl but she genuinely had the strength of a grown man in her tiny hands. Ouch. She asked me what sort of massage I wanted and where to focus and then she got started. It was a superb combination of massages with a lot of pressure, just how I like it. She also ascertained that the pressure is ok and not too much throughout the massage, which was very nice and considerate. She spent a lot of time massaging and stretching my legs, which was awesome as I run a lot. In the end, she even took some time for a face and scalp massage. Overall it was a fabulous experience and I'll definitely be back.
