Usually I absolutely love this place and always came here for bikini waxing. However when I went last week it was awful. I had to wait 20 minutes because it seemed overbooked and I had a waxer who I have never had before and she was terrible. Instead of waxing in one clean pull she was tugging at it which made it EXTREMELY painful, I've never been waxed in so much pain and then I still had stray hairs when I got home. Used to love it but now unsure if I'd go back in case I had that woman again.

I get a deep tissue massage here often and it's just so amazing! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable of the areas I am having a trouble with. I highly recommend getting a deep-tissue massage here!
