I requested very strong massage and it was delivered in 100%. If you're not afraid to go through "pain => relief" during your massage, than this is a place where you will experience it.
I would suggest that staff would remind customers in a waiting area to keep their voice level low, have their phone switched on silent mode and if needed to answer the call to do it outside in respect to others having the treatment
