I wasn't very impressed with this venue. Not much of a welcome when I arrived and the therapist kept leaving the room for various pieces of equipment whilst I was waiting for her to start the facial. I felt that she could have set everything up before I had gone into the room and was lying half undressed (with a towel over me) on the table waiting for my facial to begin.

The experience was really great. The staff was truly professional. Ambience very relax. We start late, but they did not ruah to finish early. We will be back soon!

I booked a facial for 4 people at 12:00. We were all supposed to do it at the same time, however the staff had mentioned to us 1 hour into waiting that they made a mistake but didn't do anything about it. People came in and were treated before us. This was a present to my mum and she had to wait 2 hours.
The facial itself was not very good. They go in and out the room and other staff came in and had conversations whilst I was in there, therefore not being able to relax.
