This is the 2nd time my partner and i have come here; no doubt each time we left feeling at complete ease! The light tinkle of music in the background during the massage almost puts you to sleep. The therapists ensured that the pressure was just right for us and kept us both informed of what was coming next. Definitely recommend this lovely hidden gem!

Having read the reviews for this spa I was looking forward to a nice, relaxing experience, what I got was quite different. The space can hardly be called a 'spa' at all but is instead a rather shabby waiting room and a couple of very small treatment rooms. When I arrived I was told they were running late. I was soon after shown into one of the rooms and asked to undress. About two minutes later one of the women came in and told me that there had been a mix-up and I was in the wrong room and had to get dressed again and then wait. As I was getting dressed again, she popped in again to say no, it was fine and I could stay. Needless to say I was already not relaxed before the treatments began. My 'hot stone massage' was first. The massage was essentially just a thai massage for 30 minutes being pushed and pulled (which was not what I was after) with 2 minutes at the end of having a hot stone rubbed against my skin. Next was the purifying facial. Another woman came in to do the facial and then to my surprise was followed by another woman. There was absolutely no explanation for why the other woman was present and I was never asked if I was happy with this. I spent the next half hour with one woman doing the facial while the other stared at her doing the treatment at very close range. They also spoke to each other the entire time. The whole thing put me completely on edge and I was unable to relax at all. Which is shame as the facial itself was actually quite nice but I was unable to enjoy it in serenity. I had booked the appointments as a birthday treat to myself and was hugely disappointed. I won't be returning or recommending the 'spa' to anyone.

Such a good treatment especially after a long week! They were really attentive to our needs and the hot stone was really comfortable. Highly recommended. Will come back again.
