The appointment started late which was perhaps more the fault of a previous client arriving late than anything else. The therapist who did my treatment was lovely - very friendly and professional. She was extremely thorough and did what she could to minimise the pain with clever technique. I enjoyed the calming thai-spa-esque background music.

I have had so many different therapists here. Always great. Place very basic. And the walls very thin so you can hear all the loud chatting that goes on outside the room, which would be a problem if that kind of thing bothers you. But I keep returning as great value and great massages.
