I was pleased with the massage but disappointed that the massage was not a real hot stone massage as required. I only had a 5 minutes hot stones toward the end. I went there few times but I don't think that the staff differentiate the different style of massage. At least this time the pressure was better so overall I did relax and enjoyed it.

Had a fabulous experience with a CACI facial. Very relaxing and pleased with the results. Can not compliment the friendliness of the staff enough and will have no hesitation in booking again when I return to the U.K!
