A bit of a haphazard atmosphere - on the day we arrived, they were getting deliveries and I think the rooms were being redecorated. Yes, you can hear the noise from the gym downstairs, but I think this place is great value for money and the therapists are good! You feel a little sore (especially if you ask for hard pressure), but after a day, it goes away and I think I feel more relaxed. I've been there a few times and will continue going.

Amazing massages, I booked two separately for me and my partner, but upon arrival, we were asked if we'd like to share a room (which we had hoped for anyways). The therapists quickly figured out our main problems and concentrated on them. The beginning of our massages was delayed, but we were given a voucher for next time to make up for that. Totally satisfied and coming back again!

I usually see Aom for waxing but she wasn't there this time.
The lady who did the waxing this time was also attending the reception. So every now and then she was greeting the clients leaving me waiting for her to come back.
She then started to rush to finish the waxing as soon as possible but the result was that areas were not properly waxed. I was impressed by the service received.
