Good value for a quick massage boost

Always a good service - like going to the doctor if the doctor was a fun and pleasurable event. They really know what they are doing. Default is truly deep tissue so if you can't deal with pressure make sure you let them know.
The ambiance seemed a little less well put together than usual this last visit. A bunch of people hanging out looking at their phones, not seemingly concerned with customer service. Massage was good as always but seemed a little less professional and clean than the last few times.

Overall the couples massage and facial was good once it got started. I booked this as a treat for my partner who had never had anything like this before so it was very important that every went well. However after we arrived (early admittedly) we were left waiting holding our jackets and bags in our hand (although there was a coat rail) for over 20 minutes without any update from the staff. There was about 3 ladies around the reception area and they persistently spoke in their mother tongue for the duration of the time. The only time they spoke in English was to ask what treatment we were having, which they asked twice. Once our appointment time was up I asked when we would be seen as we had plans after and had to be on time. Although they apologised and said they were running a bit late, this turned into a further 10 minute wait. Eventually when we did get invited into the room for our treatment, we were given rushed instructions and soon the massage and facials began. Unfortunately, the staff spoke in their mother tongue throughout our treatments, laughed and giggled amongst themselves so much that I asked them if they wouldn't mind to stop talking. They didn't and carried on 5 minutes later. Big disappointment because the treatments were good but the non professional behaviour and disregard for us as paying customers ruined what was suppose to be a special moment. It is very hard to relax and enjoy when two people are talking to each other across a room. I would have written this review sooner but I was under the impression that I had to be invited for feedback before I could do so.

Enjoyed our couples massage. Friendly staff, quite authentic thai massage style mixed with hot stone and deep tissue massage. Both felt really relaxed and good afterwards.

A bit of a haphazard atmosphere - on the day we arrived, they were getting deliveries and I think the rooms were being redecorated. Yes, you can hear the noise from the gym downstairs, but I think this place is great value for money and the therapists are good! You feel a little sore (especially if you ask for hard pressure), but after a day, it goes away and I think I feel more relaxed. I've been there a few times and will continue going.
