Initially there was some delay to the treatment but the therapist assured me that I'd have the full time that I paid for. The therapist was attentive to how much pressure to apply and overall it was a great experience.

Didnt feel welcomed, felt that therapist just wanted to get it over and done with. Left the room several times first to get hot stones which was nice extra service then to do other things not sure what. First half was very firm, my back felt relieved afterwards.
Extended for another half an hour, then therapist started telling me some personal stories about her life. Very unprofessional. I don't mind talking during my massage session, but therapist could not multi-task and would stop massaging me when she spoke. I really regretted the extension. Felt like I paid extra to be her psychologist, she even finished 5minutes earlier.
Then when I came out to pay her colleague had the cheek to tell me the extension is actually £5 more than she originally quoted, but she'll let me off.
Never coming back.
Left feeling annoyed and even less relaxed.

Massage in this place is really good. The facials are ok but it is best to come here for the massage.

Happy with the massage. The place itself isn't that nice but it's fit for purpose. We had a massage in an area upstairs near a gym studio so you can hear a lot of noise during the message. But if you're here for just a good treatment would recommend. Not for a spa day or anything similar.
