They a managed to squeeze me in last minute for 8:30pm as I had to let them know I couldn't make the time on the day as it was booked for 2:30pm originally. I was booking for the couples massage and they allowed me to book 1x deep tissue for my fioncee and the other for me as a Swedish massage. Absolutely lovely staff. On the same note the therapist ended up going home earlier which left us having to be told our massage would be at 9pm and without delay they managed to resolve the situation promptly without making us wait that half an hour. Even more - the massage was 10/10 my fioncee has such a bad shoulder and there wasn't any massage therapist (usually he goes to a physio massage) I have taken him as a surprise to that he has enjoyed but this one they got their hands in and really hard pressure exactly what he wanted the therapists stood on his back and everything was fantastic. First time experience here and I've already recommended people. My massage was fantastic for those who have sensitive skin and don't want intense pressure like deep tissue. Couldn't be more happier !!

Another great massage; stretch, oil and hot stone. I was put in a couple room with my friend and unfortunately the two therapists talked to each other throughout the massage. However, I will book again as the massages are great!

I've visited this establishment a few times and rate it one of the best. I felt like I was walking on clouds after my treatments. The only downfall is the welcoming. I had to wait 15 minutes without any communication. I wouldn't have minded waiting as long as something was said. It felt also quite awkward when the employees all sat in front of you at the reception, playing with their phones. Everyone is lovely but I do feel that needs to change slightly...
