The wax itself was very well done, very efficient and quick with friendly and chatty staff. This was one of the least painful waxes I have had. This would have been 5 stars but unfortunately my appointment was over 30 minutes late which delayed my plans significantly for the evening. I was told by the staff on my arrival that they were running late but I didn't expect it to take this long.

I have been going to Thai London for three years and have I recommended it to all of friends. This is he best place to get a wax. They are fast and don't miss one hair !the experience is worth it.

First the two masseuses were leaving the room every 2 minutes, talking (shouting) to each other from a room to another in Thai. In this context, it's pretty hard to relax.
