THEY CANCELLED 30 MINS BEFORE! Horrible service. They sent me a text 30 mins before (I was in the tube on my way there) asking me to wait for 30 mins as they were short of staff. When I arrived the woman was apologetic and offered a refund but she didn't compensate me at all for my waste of time going all the way there and for not letting me know in advance. I would have expected at least 1 hour notice. Had I not been there on time, she would have fined so having a refund is not a compensation at all. I would have expected some kind of compensation for wasting my time but they didn't offer anything. The woman was rude and cutty. Horrible
