Another great waxing session. The therapist at Thai London Therapy is always careful to check that you're not in pain. The wax they use is top quality and their technique makes it quick and less painful. When the wax was a bit on the cold side, she immediately turned up the heat to get to the right temperature.

The massage and facial were lovely and left me feeling refreshed. However we were received with a luke warm / not very friendly reception when we arrived. The lady in charge did not say hello or smile once while we were there. We were not asked which massage we wanted even though during the booking it said there were different options. We were not offered any water after our treatment and felt practically thrown out of the room once our massage and facial was completed. Although I enjoyed the treatment it's probably the worst customer service I've ever had when going for treatments. There are so many other places who appreciate their customers and I definitely would not go here again.

I have had hot stone massages before and was pleasantly surprised at how comprehensive and effective this was combined with thai massage. I definitely felt taller the next day.
