The first time I booked my appointment they called me 20 minutes before, when I was already nearly at the venue and cancelled because apparently the therapist just left. When I was finally able to reschedule, I had to wait 30 minutes(!!) before I was seen because they were running behind schedule. Initially she said 10minutes so I decided to wait, but in the end the delay was 30mins which resulted in me missing a play. To add to this the staff were very rude and the treatment was more painful than usual (not the typical hot wax I am used to). Will not be returning.

The massage was delivered with adequate pressure and the therapist was knowledgeable. The place is discreet from the outside but don't judge a book by its cover. Highly recommended!

Ambience is good. Staff are well trained and renders a very good service which I always enjoy. I only wish though that they give discounts to loyal customers.
