I had booked an appointment at 1:30pm, but received a call to notify my appointment was changed to 2pm. I had plans for mother's day following shortly after my massage with my family. I arrived at 1:50pm, but was not seen till 2:15pm. While I was waiting I noticed the other client was also agitated, being that his massage was too delayed. It seems that this establishment does not schedule for a "transition time" causing appointments to overlap. I had to run out of the massage due time.

This place is great - they really know what they are doing. When I specified that I would like a hard massage, they made sure I was assigned a male therapist and took the time to understand exactly where I wanted the most attention.

Had PK and Paula for a couples massage. Honestly felt like we were walking on clouds after - they were both so brilliant at adapting their style to our different needs. My girlfriend is super tense and had some pains and PK was gentle with her, and I needed a more vigorous massage and Paula was brilliant! Highly recommend going here.
