I want to give this place more stars as I did enjoy my 2 hour massage (hot stone massage and a foot massage). The masseuse was pleasant and she managed to give me a firm massage which I loved. However, there were a few things which stopped it being a 4 star or more. This is a nice enough place but is more no thrills than luxury. On arrival there was no one at the desk and when the lady arrived she was civil - no more, no less. I was taken to a room for my massage which was quite small and there was barely enough room to put my clothes and bag somewhere (no chair or shelves). When the masseuse arrived she asked me what I had booked and I told her I had two hours for hot stone and foot massage but something got missed in translation as she assumed I just had one hour, so when it got to one hour she started finishing up! I had to tell her and it was fine as she continued on but it just spoiled the relaxation and flow and seemed to me an oversight as I would have thought they checked my booking in advance. The massage itself was lovely and firm as I like. However, they don't seem to use any specific products or oils/scents - seems more general. Also during the massage, someone walked in now and then to ask questions and the masseuse walked out a few times too. It did not ruin the massage but it just interrupts your own relaxation. So all in all, I did really enjoy the masssage but it felt that there were some things they could improve on (customer service, ambience...) which do not cost anything but would greatly improve the service. It is by no means the most expensive massage you can get in London so I understand that you get what you pay for - but I felt this was as you would expect for this sort of price. I would go back, but I am more likely to tr another similar establishment which may provide a bit more customer service and ambience for the same price.

I had some difficulty finding the place as the website instructed us to go around the side of the building and through a gym instead of just walking through the main entrance at the front. I started to think the place was dodgy! The massage itself was amazing. Staff definitely know what they are doing and it really was tailor made! They could work on how they welcome their clients slightly but overall it was great.
