Everything was except for where the massage room was located, but once you're settled in, was good.

The overall experience was very good, maybe the welcome by the receptionist wasn't the nicest, but the masseuses made up for it. The massage itself was interesting, the masseuses asked about the intensity desired. The thing that was missing was actually the "couples" bit in the "couples massage". Even though we were in the same room, it didn't feel we were connected in any form - the pace of the two massages was different etc. Overall, I would recommend.
