I had a facial treatment and a deep tissue massage. The facial was great and the massage was good too, although usually they work more on my contractures than what they did in this session.

I had a deep tissue massage and it was great, i had only half an hour but it made a big difference to my shoulders, back and neck. I go to this place time to time and its local and good value for money.
