My therapist was really detail oriented and took her time to make sure that everything was removed. The only thing that was concerning was the fact that she only used one wooden stick the entire time.

Very professional spa and an excellent deep tissue massage. My therapist was nothing short of excellent.
Be forewarned, the Treatwell booking system is a rip off. When I booked on-line, I was told I had received a discount, down to £82 ... when I showed up on site, the walk in fee is £70. I would encourage you to either call in or walk in and avoid the booking system to avoid the surcharges associated with using it. I felt taken advantage of and all the staff could tell me was "That's just the way it is"
