How tratwell managed this booking was bad. I booked in the morning for the lunch time, at 11 am i received a message that my appointment had been anticipated at 10.30 (how was i supposed to go back in the time?). The staff of thai london teraphy were really nice and they rescheduled my appointment the day after.
